Due to our busy schedule and to best accommodate all clients, our online booking program requires you to book your appointment at least 48 hours ahead of time.

Cancellation policy:
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 days before your appointment. This allows us time to contact our other clients to see if they can accommodate to fill that time slot. Late cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of scheduled service. No-show clients will result in a fee of 100% charge of service amount and will be required to prepay  future bookings. 

All appointment cancellations via any source other than direct contact with salon or service provider or through online booking are not accepted. In the event of illness, please contact the salon or your technician directly asap.
